HELLO! I AM SO GLAD YOU ARE HERE.

My name is Karis Joy and I am a photographer living in Tampa, FL.

If I am not taking pictures you can probably find me at a concert, exploring my city, or spending time with friends and family.

My love for photography goes back to when I was a little girl living among the mountains of Monterrey, Mexico. I would borrow my dad’s camera to take pictures of my siblings, friends, neighborhood dogs and all the things that a 6 year old would find interesting but mostly the dogs. Through the years its transformed from a hobby to a dream job.

Photography has allowed me to experience so many awesome opportunities for growth in my life. Its helped me come out of my shell and has connected me to so many cool people.

I love being able to create and document beautiful memories and capture others in authentic ways. I believe everyone’s story is important.
